Free tacos are good. Free tickets are better. Penn State students looking to catch the Nittany Lions play No. 14 Kentucky in the Citrus Bowl in Orlando have the opportunity to attend the game for free thanks to Taco Bell.

The Taco Bell Live Mas Student Section promotion will be giving away free tickets to the first 500 students to reserve their seats on Penn State’s student ticket manager, beginning today for members of the Student Nittany Lion Club.

Once the free ticket allotment is exhausted, students will have the chance to buy tickets for $55 starting Wednesday at 7 a.m. Student tickets must be picked up from the Athletic Ticket Office at the Bryce Jordan Center beginning Thursday at 11 a.m. and ending Friday at 4:30 p.m. A student ID is required, and those looking to sit next to each other, must pick up tickets at the same time.

January’s Citrus Bowl will be the Nittany Lions’ sixth appearance in the game. Penn State has accounted for two of the top-five most attended games at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, with both drawing more than 72,000 fans to stadium.
