On Saturday, 14 Penn State football players earned their degrees. For seniors DeAndre Thompkins and Amani Oruwariye, they earned their second degrees as student athletes. Here is the list of the 12 other Nittany Lions to join the list of Penn State alumni this semester.

  • Joe Arcangelo
  • Ryan Bates
  • Torrence Brown
  • Jake Cooper
  • Steven Gonzalez
  • Sterling Jenkins
  • Juwan Johnson
  • Jarvis Miller
  • Tommy Stevens
  • Garrett Taylor
  • Kyle Vasey
  • Robert Windsor

The players took to Twitter to tout their recent accomplishment.

Torrence Brown’s college career was cut short, but it’s great to see him earn his degree.

Stevens has served as backup to quarterback Trace McSorley and the position of “Lion” was created for him. He is now a Lion for life.

Of course there is James Franklin who is always proud of his players accomplishments in the classroom.

Sterling Jenkins walked with the seniors on Senior Day though he had a year of eligibility left. He has tweeted out previews of a book he is writing and his future is bright.

Amani Oruwariye tweeted this video in celebration of his second degree.

The Glassboro, NJ native celebrates his graduation.

Congrats to the most recent Penn State football players who have represented Penn State so well over the last few years.
