Penn State Headed to Citrus Bowl, Will Face Kentucky

With Ohio State missing out on the College Football Playoff, Penn State was pushed from a New Year’s Six Bowl, and instead, will head to Orlando to take on the Kentucky Wildcats in the Citrus Bowl, according to a report from Brett McMurphy.
